This policy describes how VELAR processes the personal data of visitors to the velar-studio.com website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

This site is a showcase website. The only data likely to be collected is:

The data is intended exclusively for VELAR. It may be processed technically by our host, Render Services, Inc., acting as a processor. It is not sold, assigned or transferred to third parties.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
As the site is hosted by Render Services, Inc., a US company, technical data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses incorporated into Render's Data Processing Agreement, in accordance with articles 46 et seq. of the GDPR.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be placed; these are exempt from consent in accordance with the guidelines of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding its fate after your death.
